Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) is a method for creating a metal vapor (titanium, chromium, and aluminium) that can be deposited as a thin, strongly adhered pure metal or alloy coating on electrically conductive materials. The cycle is performed in a vacuum chamber using a cathodic arc source.

The coating compounds are made of various elements such as carbides, nitrides, borides, and silicon. You can obtain a wide range of colors by applying different gasses during the deposition. PVD Wall Art Sheets are more environmentally friendly than conventional galvanized or painted Wall Sheets.
PVD coatings outperform conventional electroplated coatings and thus the PVD Wall Art Sheets are more resistant to corrosion and have superior hardness.

PVD can be coated on all types of stainless steel finishes, but typically applied to finer finishes such as Super Mirror, Bead Exploded, Hairline, Straight Linen ... it is commonly used in architectural and decorative applications such as wall panels, coping and trimming, as well as artistic objects.
